Obi Anazodo Product Design

I’m a Product Design Lead specializing in stabilizing and shipping stalled or misaligned digital work.

I’m often brought into fast-paced agency and enterprise environments where work is already in motion but lacks clarity, structure, or alignment. My role is to identify what’s blocking progress, define a clear path forward, and help teams move with confidence.

My approach is disciplined and intentional. I audit how products behave in the real world, surface inconsistencies, and clarify rules that have become implicit. The goal is to reduce ambiguity without sacrificing craft, performance, or scalability.

I don’t just diagnose problems. I stay with the work through execution, ensuring decisions hold and the work reaches a shippable state.

Across engagements, I’m trusted to ramp quickly into new problem spaces, operate calmly under complexity, and lead direction with minimal oversight.

My background spans fashion, commerce, and digital product design, with a focus on building high-craft, performance-driven platforms where audiences engage seamlessly with products, services, and content.
